I had to ring 8 times to get through which is not acceptable. Before recent changes it was far easier and I would no longer recommend this practice!

This surgery has gone Downhill since Dr Dennis and Arathoon and Holmes left.

Just had a full jab. All went well. Problems with getting an appointment. To see a GP eventually 2 weeks later. Diabetic nurse hard to see because I work away.

Since combining with Somerton the surgery has really changed. Ridiculous opening hours. Unable to speak to receptionist at Ilchester , Somerton receptionist not as friendly or knowledgeable as previous Ilchester ones.
